Sandwich Buffet
Tired of the same old fried chicken, roast beef and mostacolli? So are we! How about a
sandwich buffet for your office party? "Sandwiches? That doesn't sound exciting", you say.
We've done many a sandwich buffet for pharmaceutical reps ordering food for doctor's offices.
You know they want to impress the doctor because they want to make a sale. Our sandwiches
are impressive and delicious. Grilled portobella sandwiches, asparagus sandwiches, 1/2
pound Black Angus burgers, and our panini sandwiches are fabulous. As are our wraps, and
right now we have a special deal for a sandwich buffet....just $6.95 per person (minimum 10
people) and that includes two sides! All the sandwiches are cut in multiple pieces and
individually wrap, so people can try a variety and be stuck with just one sandwich. They're
labeled too, so everybody knows what's in them!
Entree Special (ToGo Only)
So, you want more than sandwiches, eh? No problem! We also have a special deal going that
lets you choose up to 3 different entrees and we will give you 10% off your total food bill
(minimum 10 entrees)! So, pick a pasta, a chicken and a beef dish, or a chicken, shrimp and
vegetarian dish, or a sandwich, biggie salad and ribs, etc, etc. The possibilities are endless!
Pizza Buffet
First of all, we make our own pizza dough from scratch. Its an old Italian Flatbread recipe that's
been in my family for years. Its got herbs and fresh garlic in it and is absolutely delicious and
makes a great crust for our pizzas. Next we can either grill the pizza crust to give it a grill flavor if
you like that kind of thing (I do), or we can go straight to topping them and baking them. Either
way they're going to be good! And what kind of toppings besides the normal 4 cheese blend,
Italian Sausage and/or pepperoni kind of thing do we have going? Well, how about Crimini
Mushroom Smoked Gouda, or BBQ Chicken Pizza, or Sun Dried Tomato Goat's Cheese, or
Roasted Eggplant Caramelized Fig with Brie, or Crab Avocado, or etc., etc. With each batch of
dough I can make 8 individual 8" pizzas or 2 large pizzas. The pizza buffet is great to add on as
an appetizer to the entree special above or as additional food to the sandwich buffet. And at $45
per batch, its very reasonable too!
There's More!
Lot's more. We can, of course, do Cheese and fruit platters, antipasto plates, how about a
whole roasted beef tenderloin served hot as an entree, or cold and sliced thin for making
sandwiches on croissants with vine ripened tomatoes, red onion, lettuce and horseradish
sauce, and then there's shrimp, fish and chicken dishes that we do from our around the world
